At 7 weeks of age, Hash was already working sheep and had a strong work ethic back then. He is always ready to work and has done exceptionally well on ducks, sheep and cattle.

His titles include from the American Kennel Club: Sheep - the Advance A & B Courses; Ducks - Advance B; Cattle - Advance A & B and finally his Herding Championship awarded March 1, 2015.

In the American Herding Breeds Association, he has earned the Advance titles in Herding Trial Arena Dog III on Sheep; Herding Trial Arena Dog III on Ducks; Ranch Large Flock III on Sheep Herding Trial Dog III on Sheep; Herding Trial Dog on Ducks culminating in the award of Herding Trial Champion on May 11, 2014.

In the Australian Shepherd Club of America, he has achieved the awards of Advance Trial Dog in Cattle, Sheep, and Ducks and then awarded the Working Trial Champion title on April 20, 2019. He has also trialed at the Open Ranch level in 2017 at USBCH trials.
